We are delighted to announce two new Associate Artists for 2024: Ava Dodd (soprano) and Hugo Brady (tenor)
Ava Dodd is a Harewood Artist at ENO for the 2024-5 season after being a member of the ensemble in the Stadttheater Klagenfurt for the 2022/3 season, and was the recipient of the 2023 Yves Paternot Prize from the Verbier Festival Academy – recognising the most accomplished and promising musician at the Academy. In 2022 Ava made her debuts with the National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland, the RTE Concert Orchestra, the Nuremberg Symphony Orchestra, The Carinthian Symphony Orchestra, and the Latvian National Symphony Orchestra. Hugo Brady is an Oxford Song Young Artist for 2024-5, a current Samling Artist, and was the winner of the 2022 Junior Kathleen Ferrier Competition. He was most recently awarded the Prix de l’Académie de la ville de Ciboure at the Festival Ravel in Saint-Jean-de-Luz. As a tenor, he as appeared with Nevill Holt Opera and the Manchester Camerata, at the Aldeburgh Festival, and at Barbican Hall.
