Fflur Wyn (soprano) studied at the Royal Academy of Music, and has won both the First prize and the Audience prize at the London Handel Singing Competition, and the Kathleen Ferrier Bursary for Young Singers. Previous operatic roles include Blonde (Die Entführung aus dem Serail), and Dorinda (Orlando) for Welsh National Opera, Pamina (The Magic Flute) and the title role in Lakmé for Opera Holland Park, Malinka (The Adventures of Mr Broucek) for Grange Park Opera; Barbarina (Le Nozze di Figaro) for La Monnaie, Euridice (Gluck’s Orfeo ed Euridice), Marzelline (Fidelio), Susanna (Le nozze di Figaro), and Servilia (La Clemenza di Tito) for Opera North), Mimi (Offenbach’s Vert Vert) for Garsington Opera, and Celidora (L’oca del Cairo) with the London Mozart Players.
